Delivery Information
Last updated: 30 October 2026
Burnt Out Mule creates personalised, laser-engraved gifts to order and delivers online orders within the Republic of Ireland.
Where we deliver
We currently deliver to addresses in the Republic of Ireland only. We do not currently offer delivery to Northern Ireland, Great Britain or other countries through the website.
Production time
Most products are made to order within three working days. Complex designs, image engraving, large quantities or orders requiring clarification may take longer. If we need additional information or a clearer image, we will contact you using the email address supplied with your order.
Production begins only when we have the information needed to complete the order. Please reply promptly to any query to avoid delay.
Delivery time
After production, orders are normally delivered within 3–5 working days using An Post standard delivery. This is an estimate rather than a guarantee. Delivery may take longer during busy periods, public holidays or events outside our reasonable control.
Delivery charges
Delivery charges vary depending on the order. The applicable charge is displayed in your basket and at checkout before payment.
Delivery address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Please contact us at info@burntoutmule.com as soon as possible if an address needs to be corrected. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered production or been dispatched.
Dispatch and delays
Where available, dispatch or tracking information will be sent to the email address used at checkout. If an order is materially delayed or appears to be lost, contact us with the order number so that we can investigate.
Damaged parcels or missing items
If an order arrives damaged, incomplete or incorrect, contact us as soon as reasonably possible. Include the order number and clear photographs of the item and packaging where relevant. This does not affect your statutory consumer rights.
